im looking for an answer too because people are always like " your'e really skinny!" and stuff like that which really gets my confidence down, id love to have a day where I can go swimming and not worry about my skinnyness.

well the best thing to do is make sure u eat full three course meals. have alot of proteins and carbs in those meals, also this worked for me buy this protein powder called NitroTech from GNC and take that twice a day and lift weights, i gained about 5 pounds in a week but i got lazy and stoped taken it, but if you stay consistant with that diet you should see results

I'm trying to gain some weight as well: my dad--one day out of the blue--took one look at me and said, and I quote, "You're greenish-white (he was exaggerating...I hope). You need to gain some pounds." xD
Considering that the recommended way to lose weight is to reduce your meal portions, I suppose going the other way MIGHT work... I don't know.

Kelp! Kelp works great. I was 5'10" and 118lb! Didn't have an appetite or anything, but I started taken kelp and my weight started to slower rise. You can get it at any drug food store (GNC).

eat a bunch of medjool dates. even if you don't gain that much weight you'll at least REALLY enjoy eating it.
