There really isn't a sure answer, it depends on the person. but here it goes...

See how she acts around you. Body language is the best "tells" if she does or doesn't like you. Some questions you have to ask yourself are: Does she come to you with troubles that she has had in other relationships(most often this means friend, but not always) Does she flirt with you all the time? some of the time? not at all? And if she does, how is she flirting? Is she all over you(she is comfortable around you) or complementing you(she sees you favorable traits) Try comparing it to how others friend (girls) act around you. or you could ask her how you stand in your relationship, friends or more. Good Luck!

You need to really look at their body language. When they sit next to you are their feet facing you. Are they constantly looking at you. Have you caught her staring? Does she laugh at everything you say? Does she enjoy your company? Does she flirt, play with her hair, have some special querk when she's talking to you? Chances are that if you're even asking this question she does like you. Now what are you going to do about it?
