I placed an order for two items and gave all the informaiton they needed, but until now, i have not received the items. I sent an email twice to them but have not received any response yet.

I tried to look it up on www.resellerratings.com It is not listed there.
Always check a company's rating before you buy. If they aren't listed, they may just be new, but I'd rather take my money to an established business.

I'd call my credit card company immediately.

I placed an order with them just the last Sunday and my order is still pending. I have tried to contact them numerous times through email and by phone but got no response so I cancelled my order and my credit card. I would cancel your order and credit card as soon as possible because I think it is a fraud. I think they are out to get your credit card information. Be careful.
There are two other people who have had the same problem as we have and they know several people who have had problems with them too. One guy even went and looked them up with the BBB and didn't find them and he even looked in the phone book for them and couldn't find them.
Something is kind of fishy here. Trust your instincts.
