ha. i agree guys can be dumb. but if their personality changes from when hanging out with you and hanging out with their friends than they are immature. more mature guys keep the same personality.
just try not to worry about them. and focus on yourself and making your own self happy. be confident too. because confidence and just being happy in your own self attracts plenty of guys and makes you very noticeable.

Guys are guys and girls are girls. God made all of us diffrent so we can learn for the rest of our life. If we were all the same the world would be boring. Sitting here trying to figure out why this and why that about guys is a waste. How bout enjoy them, stop worrying, because a guy is noticeing you. It is just not the one you want. its not so much that they're dumb, just that they aren't really picking up the signals you're sending.
another part of it is that boys need to feel important (and cool) around their friends and (sadly) they dont want some girl dragging them down.
its pretty simple. if you're still confused I'd reccomend seventeen magazine. =] haha

ive been asking this question myself actually...all i can say is if you've put your best face forward and he still doesn't notice you, its time to move on and find someone who does. and trust me, dont get discouraged if this takes a while...guys CAN be pretty dumb. theres no real explanation other than that
