Conn was a great fighter. Saad was cut prone. In this fight, with Saad bleeding profusely and crying comes from behind (the referee give Saad and his corner one more round) to score a 13th rd TKO.

Saad Muhammad in a slight upset. He puts pressure on the boxing Conn and gets in enough clean heavy shots to win a split decision.
Hey Romeo. You know Conn personally? Or did you mean you KNEW him? He's passed away in 1993.

I,m from Pittsburgh and I love Billy Conn and I know him personally. Mathew Sadd Muhammad wins by late round knock out , I like this question I fought at light heavy weight my self and i never thought about this mach up. .Both fighters have great hearts neat her fighter would give and inch it would be one of the greatest fights of all time. As I said I,m from Pittsburgh and it hurts me to say that Matthew would win now I am ashamed of my self.
