Find out what she likes to do for fun and if any of it seems like something you honestly enjoy too, then ask her to join you in that activity. It's at least as important that you have fun as you making some headway with the girl.
But also dude... you really need to work on your spelling. I mean, it makes me wonder if you're not a troll, 'cause it's that bad. Ask Santa for a dictionary.

Maybe you try to think of a reason to talk to her and find out if she likes you...or maybe you could just ask her to go to a movie or some social event and she how she reacts. You will never know unless you make the first step. Good Luck!

don't let this opportunity slide by. you will be real messed up if another guy asks her out. if your too afraid to go up to her then write her a love letter or if you have any friends that are girls ask them what a girl would love you to do. Hint: be nice and be yourself.
