EWWWW - don't eat that!!! It is too old! What's the reason? Bacteria growth that can make you sick! That junk is funky...
Here’s a list of how long common leftovers and recommended refrigerator storage times:

soups and stews: 3 to 4 days
gravy and meat broth: 1 to 2 days
cooked turkey, meat and meat dishes: 3 to 4 days
cooked poultry dishes: 3 to 4 days
casseroles: 1 to 2 days
luncheon meats: 3 to 5 days
pasta & potato salads: 2 to 3 days

You should try and get rid of the turkey by the end of the weekend. Anytime after that, you are getting into the region of sickness from the food.

I would dispose of it...best to either distribute, dispose or freeze cooked turkey after three days

If your turkey sandwich tastes Ok, I'd keep it. There can't be that much left.

If your partner and/or kids complain, it might be time to throw it out however.

I eat leftovers weeks after I have it. Don't worry, I'm still eating turkey sandwiches, too! If you get sick, just know I'll probably get sick, too! ;-)

I think you should make them all into sandwiches and try to give them to homeless people/shelters.
