not necessarily, I believe in reincarnation and I think it's all about education, as you become a better person each lifetime may need to teach you A different lesson. Being not so nice looking can teach a person a lot about life. How mean people can be, how to find someone who will love you for who are spiritually, and many other things. You may be right in my opinion about the karma thing, beautiful people who hurt many people and live life foolishly may be "ugly" next lifetime due to karmic obligations.

God doesnt think anyone is ugly, nor does he punish people in such a superficial way as to make them "ugly." What you think is ugly, some might think is beautiful. I dont think the way a person looks is a punishment or a reward from God. How many people are there who are not that beautiful, but have the purest hearts and are very good people. A good heart is the true gift of God. And just because a person is good looking does not mean they are a good person. Ugly people and beautiful people can be good or bad. Its not a question of God singling them out.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
What do you mean by 'good looking'.

There is a man for every woman and vice versa in this world.

The most ugly creature (that you may think ugly), is created by God. He works in mysterious ways.

Beauty is skin deep -Geo. Bernard Shaw.

Look beyond. You will see beauty everywhere. You cannot and should not cubby-hole people based on their looks. Most 'beautiful' people are those who you see as 'ugly'.

Very superficial approach to human relationship - very shallow - is the cause for all the disappointments in married life today.

i believe after the fall of man we all started to change and who we are today is based on what happened way back when. i do not believe in karma i believe that what we are today is what god has made for and through that we can do his will. Who is it that says a woman is pretty of ugly, these are peoples standards and not how god looks at us.

It sounds like you are looking for excuses to be appearance prejudiced by saying they deserved it for bad behaviour in a past life. Well be careful then because you may be subject to the same bad karma in your next life if you keep this up.

It depends on where that beauty is being seen from!! Some people dont have the prettiest faces but their hearts and characters are soo beautiful its just amazing!!! Others are so darn beautiful and their behaviours are just ugly that you wonder why someone has a pretty face that cant compliment their characters. God gives us something, be it a pretty face or whatever and its up to us to work with it. In any case, just remember that we are all created in God's image.

You believe in God, but you believe in Karma!!!! that's like saying I think santa is unreal but he's bringing me presents!.... Anyways.... whatever makes someone feel uneasy is usually a blessing, God wants his favourites to have more of an opportunity to call on him, pray, and get closer!!! and by the way if you go back and check the Bible, Jesus Christ wasn't good looking at all!..... hope you feel better about your self!

That's one of the dumbest questions EVER. I don't think Brad Pitt is attractive, but everyone else does. I think the new James Bond is hotter than all the others. Everything is dependant on what the individual thinks, based on their own historical and environmental experiences. You have superficial issues and need to grow up.

The way you look has nothing to do with karma, unless you cut off another driver and flipped him off and then rolled your car and your face got really screwed up...then it could be 'karma' related.

Karma is not about the things you can't control, it's about your reaction and intent.

It isn't God's punishment..beauty is something that culture throws out at us and tells us what is beautiful and what is not. Beauty's meaning has changed over the decades, so it's all in the eyes of the beholder.
