I was wondering if there was anyone out there who could help me make up a good (no, great) diet plan made up of negative calorie snacks and high fiber meals? I'm 13, I weigh 126lbs, and I'm 5'1. I want to lose 16lbs in 1-2 months. I'm positive I can do it if I have a super easy meal plan that consists of normal everyday fruits and veggies that I most likely already have. Thanks =)

hi
i would give this suggestion but pls consult a good dietician before u follow
really good breakfast - cereals, fruits, juices(i wud take this in morning not all at once but within a time gap of 3 hrs like 7 am and 10 am
lunch(1pm) - include green veggies a lot
4pm - fruits, juices
7 or 8 pm lite dinner and small cup of warm milk before goin to bed around 10 pm
