I have a lot of dandruff in my hair (as gross as that is) i need help getting it out, i've tried head and shoulders and some other anti-dandruff solutions....these products dont seem to work..PLEASE HELPP!!!!!!!!!!

You can prevent dandruff using many cheap and effective home remedies. Warm coconut oil, lemon juice, apple cidar vinegar are other home remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/dandruff.html will prevent further problems.

Get some T-Gel or T-Sal (Coal Tar Shampoo) which is available at retail. . If you have servere problems you should go see a dermotologist. Also avoid dark color shirts or clothes, until you get the dandruff under control.

If you dandruff is really bad and over the counter products like selsun blue does not work for you, go see a dermatologist.

There is a product called tea tree special shampoo by Paul Mitchell. It contains tea tree which will clean ur scalp, lavender which is a natural healer it will heal your scalp and peppermint which will refresh your scalp. If you use this it will get rid of your dandruff!

Drink a TON of water, do not pick or scratch your scalp, and i suggest laying off having too much wheat and sugar in your diet. Also, try not to take really hot showers. I know

i had the same problem tried them all but none worked found out from a doctor that leaving it on for ten minutes works try to put it on first thing then be the last thing you rinse it worked for me
