Those foods are not pro-sleep foods.
They are wake up, party, crap for an exam kinds of food.
In general it isn't good to eat anything before going to bed as your body is busy digesting in your belly and keeps the head awake. But if you have to eat late at night, keep the food light.
Are you having nightmares too-frozen pizza will encourage that.

Some foods help you sleep and others just don't. Also if you eat at night you are not always hungry your body just thinks it is because of lack of sleep so if you have to eat at night eat turkey/warm milk or glass of tea to help you sleep and if you don't just go to sleep without eating, you'll sleep better and feel better in the morning.

Those are both very high-glycemic foods -- highly processed and full of sugars, starches, etc. Those things can put your body into overdrive as they're more difficult to digest, and thusly, your body doesn't want to go to sleep -- it wants to stay up, digest that food, and burn those extra calories.
