IDK Maybe Anger, so one can cool off in the freezing water?

Just a question here but...have you had this done to yourself or are you planning on doing it to someone else? Hmmmm.....interesting.
Well since punishment by being put into freezing water isn't on the lawbooks in this country, and I hope in none other, it doesn't really matter.
