Pakistani cricketer Muhammad Yousuf who reverted from Christainity to Islam has been in splendid form this year.He has broken many records.

And U you know what he attributes this raise in form.See it for yourself.

Modest Mohammad Yousuf has often attributed his record-breaking run of form to his conversion from Christianity to Islam.

"I am more disciplined in all walks of life. Offering prayers five times a day makes you disciplined and you take this discipline on the field as well," he said after his double hundred at Lord’s in July this year.

What do you think of this?

he might have been sacked from Pakistan Cricket team if he still was a Christian, the only reason to stay in the team he needed to convert to Islam. He had talent even when he was christian and now turning to Islam as well. Religion can teach discipline but not Cricket.

I think the answers so far have been very interesting--i would love to add this--it is far easier to bow ones body to Mecca 5 times a day--then it is to bow ones heart and sould and mind and body to Alimghty God (u may call Him Alla and not offend me)
24/7/365
i think any one leaving the Christian religion--after truly understanding that it is a relationship with the person of JESUS Christ--will only leave because it is far easier thing to do--
if the whole country u live in is bowing 5 times a day and u do not--how easy is it to also bow along with them? how hard would it be to NOT bow?
True practicers of the Christian religion have to be remined daily by our LORD "I never said it would be easy--i only said it would be worth it" it is the heardest religion on the face of this earth--it requires 1000% perscent of me--all the time--every day--i must guard my thoughts, my actions, my words, my deeds--i must keep in mind always that I represent my SAvior--how easy is this?????? 24/7--365
bowing a body 5 times a day--that would be sooooooooooo much easier then being a Christian and practicing the life as Jesus lived it and taught it----and told us we must do to keep THE FAITH GOING--5 times a day--when everyone around u is doing the same thing--is sooo much easier then doing what you must as a Christian when the whole world is looking at you and telling you u r wrong.....try it.... easy??? NOT.

I think that this is useless Islamic Propaganda.

Who cares about this guy, anyways?

Or, for that matter, about your so-called "Religion"?

I'm not gonna "convert" because you said this.

Do you want me to give you a whole lot of testimonials from Muslims who converted to Christianity because they saw how this thing is a fake where you need to be indoctrinated 5 times a day to believe a lie?

I just don't want to take up too much space here, so I'll let you browse the site where you can see, literally thousands of ex-Muslims' testimonials for their reasons for leaving Islam in the link given below.

Please also check out all those video clips there and listen to the great great song they have there "Islam's not for me".

I'm sure you'll love them all!

Merry Christmas!!

God Bless America!!

Why is praying five times a day impressive? When you live your life for God, who's counting?

I know that you are impressed, I can appreciate that, but God wants a relationship with you, not a robot for a follower. That's why God wants faith. Works are done in the Spirit, the kind that have eternal consequences.

I'm sorry, but the God that I serve loves us, not to be robotic, but to trust Him in love. Prayer I can do walking around at work. I lean on Him and He proves His love for me daily.

The only way to understand this, is to have His Spirit in you. Then you are counted as His, and His life renews your life, through Jesus Christ, the Lord.

Modest Mohammad Yousuf?

Never heard of him.

Since when is physical performance proof of favor from God?

Shall we compare the religious backgrounds of all geniuses, professional atheletes, billionaires, poker players and artists to determine which religion is the True Religion?

I THINK NOT!

i think if everyone just quit trying to shove their religion down everyones throat a lot of war could be avoided this goes for all religions.being religious is fine but dont force it on other people everyone has their own beliefs and people shouldnt try to change that they should accept that and get along i am pretty sure you cannot convert someone by killing them it only breeds hate and that word should not be used in any religion

If you sell your soul to satan he will give you any thing you want ! Just look at hollywood movie stars, heavy metal musicians who curse God & are millionaries. Australia has the best cricket team in the world & have smashed heaps of records, but they are all heatheans.

A lot of Christians in Pakistan are being slaughtered by Muslims. Churches are being bombed. He's probably able to relax now because he doesn't have to worry about being blown up.

Discipline made him successful, Islam brought him the discipline. You know what also gives you discipline? Prison, military training, parents with thick leather belts, etc.
