Most definitely!
If you are sure that the blood comes from inside I would advise you to go to a doctor immediately. This could indicate something more serious (ulcerated lower intestine or rectum, rectal tearing) or it may be just an internal hemorhoid. If there is bleeding in your intestinal tract you want to get that looked after immediately or you could develop a very serious spetic infection.
If you see blood when you wipe or have spotting on your underwear it is likely from a surface hemorhoid (kinda looks like a small blood-filled grape) popping or leaking.
Play it safe and get checked out.

I tried to find other stuff for you on google but pretty much just got a bunch of blogs from childish men talking about how funny it is...so be rest assured its fairly normal and apparently quite hilarious but I agree with the guy above, go thru the embarrassment of getting looked at just in case its something more serious.

It depends to a great extent on several different things. How old are you? Do you have any serious medical conditions? Do you take any medicines? Was the blood dark color? If so, it means it was from higher up your digestive tract. Have you eaten any beets, rare beef, etc? If the color was very bright and there was a good amount, you might consider calling your doctor. I wish you the best!

Do you have a hemorroid? Go get checked by a doctor, but if this is the first time it has ever happened you probably just have a hemorroid especially if you get constipated a lot. The best thing to do is drink a lot of apple juice and eat a lot of fiber. This and drink a lot of water. Pretty soon you'll have better stools and everything will be smoother.

Well first off it sounds like you may have a bleeding hemroid. Get peparation H, try that for a few days and if that dont help. Go seek medical attention. Perhaps it might be something more serious. Did you eat anything that might be hard to digest, and if so that may be a problem as well.

go get a checkup the only reasons that would normally cause blood is an infection in either your liver or kidneys,if its your liver don't stress right away of it being cancer coz their are lots diaseses that can form in your liver but it is also the only organ in your body that can re-generate itself and as for the kidneys, well you have 2 so hopefully its not both, the only reason I put this so blunt is so you don't procrasternate over having it seen to,it could be something simple but it may also not and the longer you leave it the worse it could get

Make an appointment now with your Doctor. There are several possibilities and some depend on your age and health in general.
Only your Doctor knows for sure.

probably a hemmorhoid, look up pictures on the itnernet and get a mirror and check it out, if you start bleeding large amounts of blood, more than a table spoon or so, you need to see a doctor.

it is essential that you see your doctor right away. it may be nothing, but it also may be something like ulcerative colitis, crohn's, or irritable bowel syndrome. things such as colon cancer can also cause bleeding, but i doubt it's something like that if this is the first time you've had such symptoms.
