In Jewish tradition, Saturday is the last day of the week, which is their Sabboth and called the day set aside for the Lord. Christian tradition is split on this issue. Some maintain that it is Saturday, but many have moved the calendar and made Sunday the last day of the week and call it the holy day of God. Many Christian churches will say during a Sunday service that "This is the day of the Lord".

Depends on what you are referring too.

There is a day of the Lords judgement which is when Christ returns a second time.

Then there is the 7th day of the week- Saturday- which is and has always been the sabbath.

Then you have Sunday which was giving the title of the Lord's day by the early Catholic church which killed or threatened anyone still observing Saturday

this is the day of judgment that climaxes with the return of Christ. This is what 2 Peter 3:10 is referring to.
