A necklace with a tiny charm on it, a soft perfume..suitable for her age group, a book of interest to her, gift card, a great birthday card with your personal sentiments written inside.....She'll get the picture!

Don't spend to much money. On the day of her Birthday or the day of the party just buy her some nice, sensible priced perfume. But personaly go up to her and give her a long stem white rose, and wish her a happy birthday.
