okay i like these boys but there in 8th and i am in 6th and 1 always calls me ugly! but the other idk what he thinks how do i ask and how do i speak to my mom after she let me get all dressed and ready for the movies and then we walk out teh door and says danielle i don't feel like driving so u can't go! what do i do!

You are too young to be dating and that is all you think about at your age. Your mom seems like a real winner, and that has to "really" suck. But there isn't much else you can do, until you are old enough to drive. The next time that boy tells you that you are ugly, tell him, "I might be ugly, but at least I look better than you do" Most of the time when a guy picks on you, it is because he likes you and is too stupid to know what to say, so he "acts" like he don't. You are so young, you have your whole life ahead of you. Don't try to grow up too fast. There is plenty of time for that. You need to find a hobby or something. Get your mind off of boys. They will only get you into trouble. Do you have a church you can go to? They have youth groups where the kids get together and have good clean fun. Your mother shouldn't object to you going to church. And besides, alot of times if your mom can't or won't take you, someone can come pick you up. "Life is tough...it's even tougher when you are stupid" (John Wayne said that) It's true. Don't be stupid...life is hard enough.

Wow, I'm going to sound like an old person, but you're only in the 6th grade? I was just starting to think about boys then. I was still playing with Barbie dolls and being a kid. Being a grown up sucks. Why not stay a kid till you can't anymore? I definitely don't want any kids now days, I couldn't handle them growing up by the time their 7 ; )

Dont worry about boys liking you just be yourself and have a good time. Ask you mom very nicely tell her you just spent time getting ready and you would really appreciate if she took you. Oh and for the boy calling you ugly dont worry about it, boys at that age say anything to a girl to get attention.

Honey you need to learn how to spell....... its hard to understand you. For one if these boys are calling you ugly you should find someone new to like. As for your mom maybe you should take into account that she's probaly tired. If you want her to do what she says just let her know that it makes you disappointed when she tells you that you can do something and then doesn't let you. Just watch your tone with her..... if you're hateful or have an attitude all you'll do is make her upset and less likely to let you do anything you want.

Well for the boys I think you shouldn't try so hard and if they don't like you you should'nt stress it its life trust me as long as you know your not UGLY then everything is ok. Now for yuor mom I think shes being unfair I mean why would you dress to go out and then say you don't feel like driving so you can't go. Don't worry you'll soon be able to go out on your own. Well maybe you should give the boys some signs that your into them and I think the boy that calls you ugly probably likes you but doesn't know how to express it so he probably will talk to you like he talks to boys and tell your mom that you don't appreciate when she makes a promise she should keep it... girl dont worry about it, it only gets more complicated when you start falling for your friends, or when you start officially dating and your mom freaks out, and transportaion is a drag, so don't worry about hintgs now, it wont matter later on when the real trouble starts.
