Depending on the amount of time you have, Latin is a very helpful thing to learn. Learn some of the root words in latin and it will help you figure out the vocabulary. Study up on your basic mathmatic stuff and make sure you have a good basic understanding of algebra. There are CD's you can get for the computer that should sharpen your skills and give you short quizzes that will show you what you need to study.

Get the Kaplan books. They are pretty good. Also, get Kaplan CD-Rom, it has games, which are a fun way to learn. They also have things about word roots in Greek and Latin, which is a great way to try and guess what a word means because you know the common roots.
