You are not over weight at all. Do not go on a diet. You are a good weight for your height. Bacause you are tall and weight 131 you are just right for your height. If you diet you will go under weigth. If you want to be healthy then be healthy and work out, but don't go on a diet to lose weight. You are perfect just the way you are.

Girl stop... you are lucky to be tall. Let your body finish growing before you start trying to "lose weight"
Eat right, protein, veggies, the good stuff...
Stay away from the "bad stuff" like fried foods, processed and high sugar stuff. (processed is fake, like chicken nuggets and cheese whiz)
Drink plenty of water.....
If you would like to slim down, walk a little, or find a sport you like. I danced for 8 years because I loved it!
Don't go by the celebs out there... thats just gross! Be healthy! Healthy is beautiful, and it will help keep your face clear too ! :-)

just try not to gain anymore you will grow into your body . but if you do get over weight go to a laweight loss center it is not cheap but they guarantee you will lose 2 pounds a week when i was your age i weighed that much and people called me anorexic. i wish i were your size don't let t.v. ads run your life do what truely feels right.

were kinda of the same im 5'2, 12, 140 and size 5 or 7. Im trying to loose weight too im gonna start joggin everyday starting tommorow... and ima eat healthier too.. best of luck and happy holidays

last time my weight 80kgs & 166 cm only ! last time i do sit up , jog & excersice ! then tk care of eating ! dun eat oily & fried food ! and my weight decrease to 58 kgs ! i very happy !
