Okay, first of all, do not itch. Do not touch your nose, mouth, or rub your eyes. Do not wash with hot or very warm water, in fact, wash the affected areas with cool water and mild soap. Rinse and PAT dry, do not rub. Do apply Caladryl lotion to the area and then take one Benadryl tablet and drink lots of water. Benadryl allergy tablets (pink) ease the itch and pain within a half hour or so. Benadryl lotion is also available for the rash itself. Wear looser clothing, no stretchy tight knits, wear cotton, cool clothing, as body heat and rubbing fabric irritates the rash. If this rash persists after you have tried the above for a few days, or the rash worsens greatly in the next 24 hours, seek medical attention.

Do you know what an aloe plant is? Good, get one of those and break of one of the spiny leaves. Rub the liquid that you can squeeze out of it onto the affected areas. Do this in the morning and at night. It also helps if you soak bandages in the juice and leave them on the rash overnight.
