Well, since social security was first assigned numbers and created for the United States in 1935, I don't think that Jesus, who died (well no one know for sure of the exact date) a long time ago would have needed it (since the US was not even created yet). In addition, Jesus died before he would have been eligible for any benefits from social security. Many other countries have had social programs for a long time, even the Romans had a military type of "pension" of sorts. But why would Jesus need a false social security number, your question makes no sense.
