Use a comb to get the tangles out first and to make it straight, then as it dries you will need to use a paddle brush and brush it every once in awhile as it dries to keep it straight. You can't put it in a ponytail or behind your ears for a long period or you'll get waves.

not if you have naturally curly hair. You may want to try wrapping your hair Sorry!!! Apply an anti frizz serum to your hair and for wrapping your hair you comb your damp hair straight down.. Then heading in a clockwise direction you start wrapping your hair around your scalp you will need hair clips for this to keep the hair in place (The kind of clips you use with rollers) you keep smoothing the hair around your head until it is all wrapped tightly and smoothly it will be litterally stuck to your head like a swimmers cap. This is usually done at a salon and then you re put under a full head dryer if you do it yourself then you will have to wait a very long time for your hair to Air dry as you wanted even over night for several hours. When it is COMPLETELY dry. and I do mean completely if it is even slightly damp it will become frizzy and curl back up. When your hair is completely dry take the clips out and comb your hair in a downward direction it should be smooth with a slight "Bump" to it. I would suggest this method only if you have shoulder length or shorter hair by the way. Good Luck!

When i get out of the shower, i comb my hair back in a fairly tight low pony tail, and then twist the hair into a bun. Or when its overnight air drying, intead of twisting and twirling into a bun i leave the hair down in the ponytail and use several scrunchies to cover all the way down my straight combed hair while it dries overnight(overnight only though cuz you dont want to walk around with a pony tail full of scrunchies) Thats about the closest i can get to getting my hair straight through air drying. If you do use this "technique" i recommend you dont pull the hair back too tight and only use thick or gentle scrunchies or hair bands and they dont need to be wrapped around the hair too tight either, doing so can cause your hair to break/fringe, and you dont want to cause any damage to your hair. Also if you dont want to use scrunchies, or doing this can sometimes cause your hair to have some waves in the lower lengths, you can use clips. Using clips can be a better use anyways if you can get them to stay on the hair good because they dont really cause waves and it has more open area for air to reach the hair and dry, as scrunchies have material that covers the hair not helping with letting the air reach the hair. Also because when you keep it air drying in large sections on thick hair, it can sometimes take a long time to dry because only the hair on the outside that you can see are being dried by the air as it takes alot longer for the inside hairs to get air to dry. So you may want to try and do pigtails, left and right, or two pnytails, one up one down. But again dont pull them too tight and when you put hair "up" to dry, dont put it two far up because the band you use can cause a crease or wave in your hair. Let it kind of just hang over. This works well for me. This is all without serums or hair care products and if its not perfect in the morning, it does atleast minimize alot of the time you need for straightening the rest of your hair. My boyfriend has short hair and he wets his hair, or when he gets out of the shower he keeps a beenie/knitted hat over his head to keep the hair down as it dries. Good Luck!

The straiting iron was the BEST invention in the whole world when it comes to hair care. My hair is thick, wavy and course. For a classic, sleek look, I run the straighting iron through it, throw in a few curls with a curling iron and I'm done in 10-15 minutes. No blow dryer required.

Get straight hair serum. Its this stuff where you put in your hair after you shower, brush it and let it air dry. You can get it at Walmart, Target or any other grtocery store that carries cosmetics and hair supplies.

well, only if you have semi-straight/wavy hair. What you need to do is put in a straightening cream (like loreal) and brush your hair, and it should be pretty straight....

There are straitening creams, but the best way to make your hair go straight is to blow dry it and/or us a straightner.

you could use really big rollers or empty soup cans as rollers and let them dry. "Wrapping" is when you smooth your hair around your head and pin as you go, basically using your skull as a big roller.
