For bodybuilding player , working out everyday , what is the perfect dose ?

there is no perfect dose...you have to experiment....12 weeks of experimenting should give you a fair idea of how much your body needs...and another thing...DO NOT TAKE single amino acids.....it's much better to take all the 22 essential amino acids at once...that means to get your proteins from raw sources such as skinless chicken....half-cooked egg whites and fish....and dont forget to take extra carbs..cause if you dont your body will use the amino acids for energy rather than for building muscle mass...amino acids only work if you are getting enough carbs. it's only when you are going onto the competition platform that you should cut down on carbs, probably 36 hours before the competition.

i prefer you eat meat and plant protein rather than taking amino acids that are high burden on liver and kidney function
