Were they sailing something you didnt care for?

Dare I ask what happened to the other "half"? As for the rest of them they tend to be a bit rubbery so I'd get out the meat tenderizer and beat them for a while, till they are about a quarter of their original thickness. Then I'd dredge them in flour, salt, pepper, and Emeril's Essense then toss them into a large Fry Daddy. BAM! Tastes just like chicken!!
