You only need a legal version of sp1 and then you can upgrade to sp2 at no charge.

Oh yeah, totally. Microsoft screwed up and sent me a million WinXP SP2 product keys.

Who are you kidding, you're asking for STOLEN, or at least duplicated, keys.
