Well, i'd need to tell the truth sooner or later because then things will get worse if i dont. here will be harsh outcomes and the relationship will end but you need to be honest with your bf/gf

If I could go back in time I would of never cheated!!!I did not cheat because I wanted to cheat,unfortunately there is something way more serious that led to all this {perhaps my quemimichal dependacy}I wish I could go back in time I would of never done what I did ,Being under the influence leads a person to do things that sooner or later will regret,some times I wish I Knew why !I hope some day he finds it in his heart to forgive me,Right now I am having a very dificult time forgiving my self.

Even when I was married, if I cheated, I told the significant other. I don't like the thought of being cheated on behind my back and don't like doing it to others. I ESPECIALLY wouldn't want to be LIED to about someone "cheating" on me. I've been in a past relationship for over a decade where I didn't tell when I "cheated" and that made me feel sneaky and bad.

Well if you love the guy/girl and you keep a truthful relationship then yea. Also ur gf/bf may find out, i'd rather have been told them. plus u can see if your relationship is stong enough to last this or get over it.

Depends, if you are going to marry this girl then you have to tell. If not, then you don't have to tell.
If you can keep it a secret and not be a bragging jackass and tell all your friends, then don't tell her. If the only secret you can keep is that you secretly tell everyone everything, then you should probably tell her and get it over with, simultaneously looking for another girl.

I wouldn't cheat. If i wasn't interested in that person I was dating anymore, I'd break up and pursue something new. It's cold and immature to cheat. You owe that person you supposedly are in a relationship with better than that.

id tell them, because theyre goin to find out sooner or later, and that pisses people off more is when you dont tell them.
