that depends on the situation your both in .
if your both single then its not such an issue .
if one or both of you are married then its a big issue
if you and him were to date or whatever so long as his postion of boss is never used in the personal relationship .ie change or pay or days off whether they are better for you or worse if the fact you see each other is why you are having this happen then it very wrong and you should inform him of that.
if the boss is hitting on you and your not wanting that then if you were sucsessfull in making it clear your not going there with him then it should be the end of the matter .
seeking outside help ie a lawyer is something you should do only if the boss remains the boss on dates. the boyfriend ie the boss is at work .
when at work he is the boss when away from work he is bf and if thats clear to both of you then its fine.
you have to make you mind up about what to do i dont know if you want him to hit on you or not . as well the marriage thing
dont know about it .
do know that any attempt by the boss to get you to preform any sort of sex or gf wife role is not allowed unless you want that.
speak to him about all of this and see whats up if it continues

My boss is a female...so I would simply say I don't swing that way. LOL
Honestly, if posed with that situation I would gently say "I'm flattered you are attracted to me, however, this would be seriously unethical and I respect you too much to jeopardize your employment for my selfish pleasure."
Even if I don't mean a word of it and plan on filing a suit, there is no need to loose composure and control of the situation.

Thank fully that has never happened to me. But if it did I would tell his boss or human services. If that doesn't work get a new job or sue him. Ether way I'd tell his wife if he was married.
