What are some good excercises that burn a lot of calories but don't build up muscle?

any fast paced exercise will burn calories faster, for instance playing a fast paced game of basket ball will burn calories and not seem like work as much as say, running for thirty minutes.
the slower the exercise the less calories you will burn in the same amount of time.why don't your try to cut the amount of calories to burn then you will be more likely to stick to an exercise routine. all you would have to do is cut out something in your diet that is high in calories, such as sugar based treats or snacks. fast food or soda. most of us drink up to 1000 calories a day by drinking soda. hope this helped.

jumping rope....it's 10 times better than jogging.
