The cure is all in yourself. People endure in the biggest challenges in life if they want to. The problem blocking you is that you do not want to. I believe in the power of the mind. Don't give up on yourself. Try at first to substitute cigarettes with gum and patches, this will make the process of quitting less drasting. Print out the link below and make it your bible, read it every day and keep it handy when you feel like reaching for a cancer stick.
Good luck!

No it is not. What is hard is not to resume smoking but if you had the will to quit as I did you must have the lesser will not to resume as I did too. After 20 years of non smoking I am so happy I did not get into this awful habit again.... There is no cure. The only cure is will, will, will and being aware that you are winning a tough war against you and your body that you have badly used to a daily dose of nicotine..

Yes there is a cure, I had quit smoking about 6 years ago. Just drink alot of water, perhaps chew Nicorette, (Yes I know the crap tastes horrible) Keep your hands busy at all times, or try and get a job that benefits you to keep your hands working. As well as keeping away from ppl that do smoke

No there isn't a "cure". I understand that it is hard to quit. for two years your doing great. there are some medications that will help curb the craving.
