I'd have to say Hinduism since it's by far the oldest religion still in existence. Theology simply means "the study of God", so I'd assume the oldest religion in the world is most likely to be the ones who started it all.

When ppl started to fear, think about the natural happenings like Lightning, raining, death........... ppl would have started the research for naming the cause of it, so perhaps even before the religion was formed or coined this would have originated. I think theology lead to formation of every religion.

I would say Christianity because the word originated between 1325 and 1375 and is generally considered from the Greek "theologia"

I'm guessing here: zoroastrianism? (It's a greek term, and that religion was eventually hellenized).
Let me know if I got it right.
