Dominica has alot of good relations with many countries ,
i did not find any restrictions on travel for Dominican people ...you will have to check on your government if there are countries restrictions as far as your traveling to some countries
i only found one page ,but it was not in english
someone did tell you about North Korea , it is correct ....

of course! just remember places like North Korea dont allow tourists, and you need a Visa for the USA.
it is absolute rubbish that countries dont let dominicans in.

Most countries will not let dominicans into their country. They are too violent, and not exactually the kind of people wyou want into your country.

Depends on where you want to go. You will be able to go most places with ease.... but you will have to work a bit harder at it. Call your embassy and they will be able to give you real answers and a list.
