i like this girl in my school and she used to like me but now is over me and were cool friends and everything but im to shy and dont how to ask her out and im scared of rejection how should i ask her out and build up some confidence

I would ask her out to a group thing, that way it is officially a date and she doesn't have a reason to reject you. Or you could ask her plainly out, that is the easiest way to do it. If you go out, then you go out. If she rejects you and you guys are cool friends, then you should remain that way and nothing will change. And remember, there is no way to be sure that she is TOTALLY over you.

Part of growing up is to understand that when a relationship is over you have to accept it and move on. The world is swarming with other girls... find one. More advice: ask the friend of a future girl or have one of your friends ask one of her friends to see if there is any interest in you before you ask,,, that is 100 times easier on you than asking blindly.

Thank the Lord for email. Send her an email. Ask her if she'd like to go to a movie or something. Swallow your pride and try to get some confidence in yourself. If you're good friends, it shouldn't be that hard.

Ask her in a note. All of my girl-friends (friends that are girls) say that they HATE it when guys ask them out in person. It's so sudden. Like there's no time to think about. Do it in a note. And whatever she says--at least you won't be wondering what she would say anymore. That's the worst part.

i have the same EXACT PROBLEM!!! except me and this boy i like arent friends at all. hes popular and im not. its sad really. but..just ask her and if she says "no" then she says "no" and u can both still b friends then your 1 lucky guy. but if she says "yes" your in the game and shes been waiting 4 u 2 ask her forever!! she was probably having the same problem with u. :)
