I can see you were mad but it really lacks focus. The analogies are very vague. Try to make the words connect more so that a person reading can flow with it and not feel like they are on a bumpy ride in the back of a jeep. Example
Grandma, grandma was that your head.
That I bashed, and I bashed now my face is all red.
With brains as my mask, I licked your bones.
This is what happens when you don't leave a psychotic ***** alone.
You thought I was as innocent as a new born kitten.
Now here's the edge of this knife you'll soon be gettin'.
I'll cut and hack at your wrinkled old neck.
Now blooded walls, my new science class. It's you I will dissect.
Okay you gets my point.

I'm glad when you feel a murderous urge toward grandma that you grab a pen and write a poem, instead of grabbing the hunting knife. You have a colorful imagination. I hope it always goes into penning poems instead of acting them out! Good luck. (Hey, put these to music, some thrash bands I know would be interested in singing them!)
