I have never heard of milk but mayonnaise, yes. Another good thing for your hair as weird as it sounds....beer. Makes your hair really shine, and extremely soft.(I found this out by accident when I had someone spill beer in my hair from a balcony) The beer also acts as an astringent for your hair, removes shampoo build up.

u can use milk as a conditioner but milk has the greesy like substance in it. It is a good conditioner for our hair but after conditioning we need to shampoo it again

Try mayonnaise (full fat version). My mom has been using it as a deep conditioner for years and it works great. Slather your hair with it twice a week and cover with a shower cap and a hot towel for 30 minutes. Shampoo after. If you don't like the smell, try plain yogurt.

you can mix 1/2 milk and 1/2 honey and mix together and put in your hair and let sit for a half hour of so. Then rinse

I have never heard of that before. But I think if you just DRINK the milk, it will strengthen your hair and bones.
Plus, it will most likely give your hair a big stench!

Naw, that's kind of nasty to use milk as conditioner. It will make your hair greasy, trust me.
