Bad booze. Next time buy the good stuff. The only other explanation is that the person who smells the roses is in serious need of counseling, obviously delusional. Really.

Yes, many call that the odor of Sanctity. The Virgin Mary is especially known for it. They say that St. Padre Pio had it too. One time I was doing my dishes at the kitchen sink and I was smelling this wonderful rose fragrance and I thought maybe I was being visited by her (Our Blessed Mother) but, it was just a huge rose outside of my window that for some reason was really putting out the fragrance. That was the only rose bush that did it really.

It has been my experience that the smell of roses means the spirit of someone is in the room. The best way to remove it is to but an open bible (preferably one of the psalms)in the space where you smell the roses. My mother had to do this when my oldest brother passed away. We were not afraid of the smell or of him. He just had not crossed over and wanted to be sure we were OK. He died suddenly. After she placed the bible in the space where she smell the roses the smell went away. This is not joke and this is no lie. Trust me it does work.

In Catholicism it is a sign of the Holy Spirit. Some mystics have experience the smell of roses when encountering the Holy Spirit.

Your girlfriend probably used rose scented lube on her strap on last night and you most likely just farted out some of the air she pushed up there.

My father sometimes would say he would smell funeral flowers or roses. Usually within a day or two, someone would die. Weird, but true.

Happened to me many times;but most of the time after investigation found there were some flowering plants nearby,but in certain occasions,it happened after I finished chanting and meditation.My master said these are signs that angels were aruond the place!
