>cheese(american, ricotta, mozzerella)

>Eggnog
Some non-dairy options that contain calcium are:
> salmon
>tofu
>sardines
>okra
>white beans
>Almonds
>Broccoli
>peas
>turnip greens
>sesame seeds
alot of these, you never would have thought contained calcium right? =)

if you bare low in calcium and want to increase your calcium level, any of the answers listed are good but if you want the calcium to be absorbed you must also have vitamin D. you can get this from milk which has it added (look for Vitamin D added) or i guess you can take vitamin D, but if you dont want to take any pills, you can also get vitamin D from the sun. a little exposure to the sun will convert to vitamin D. Vitamin D is sort of like the key that open up calcium so it can be absorbed in the body. Without vitamin D, the calcium will pass through you.

but orange juice has a little bit more
i think the milk i drink has like 30% but orange juice has like 35% and it has other vietimins
so thats good for u i guess
but if u dont want a lot of sugars get the "light" kind of orange juice

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fresh vegetables are generally right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
