First of all I don't think I fully understand, so please bear with me on this answer (also feel free to rebutte).
It has been my experiance (and I am a new Christian) that the Churches get a little to anxious to "fix" the world instead of tring to help those closest to thier home. Now I have been lucky enough to have been to a few churches (some big and some small) that thier main and sometimes only focus is thier community. I also am of the belief that you DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO CHURCH TO BE A GOOD CHRISTIAN! I will repeat if necessary (I capitalize for my brother... an issue between us). The Bible says that if 2 or more people come together to worship God, then they are His Chruch.
Anything else?

Number one: It is being led by unbelievers or in other words men and women that do not really have the Holy Spirit. Second: The truth is not being preached anymore, just stuff that sounds good to people. The Word says that in the last days the truth will fall away which means it won't be popular to teach the truth because it brings too much conviction and the sinful world does not want to hear that. Thirdly, most of the men and women in the congregation aren't truly born again because the truth is scarce and no one is truly getting saved. So the majority of the people that go to church, don't personally know the one true God. Revelations says that many will say to Christ when He returns that they prophesied in His name, cast out demons in His name and did lots of things in His name and He will say to them, "Get away from Me workers of wickedness, I never knew you." Wow! These people which just so happened to be a multitude of countless people, believed they were christians. But He never knew them. They ended up following another gospel that resembled the true gospel but was the imitation gospel.

The main problem with any church that has a main problem is the leadership. If a Pastor and the elders don't set the example for the congregation then the people who have come their to learn and to grow up in Christ end up getting short changed. It isn't for no reason that many of the prophets received a word from God condemning the Jewish leaders when the nation was in a backsliden state.

Micah 3:5 Thus says the LORD concerning the prophets who lead my people astray, who cry "Peace" when they have something to eat, but declare war against him who puts nothing into their mouths. 6 Therefore it shall be night to you, without vision, and darkness to you, without divination. The sun shall go down on the prophets, and the day shall be black over them; 7 the seers shall be disgraced, and the diviners put to shame; they shall all cover their lips, for there is no answer from God.

8 But as for me, I am filled with power, with the Spirit of the LORD, and with justice and might, to declare to Jacob his transgression and to Israel his sin.

9 Hear this, you heads of the house of Jacob and rulers of the house of Israel, who detest justice and make crooked all that is straight, 10 who build Zion with blood and Jerusalem with iniquity. 11 Its heads give judgment for a bribe; its priests teach for a price; its prophets practice divination for money; yet they lean on the LORD and say, "Is not the LORD in the midst of us? No disaster shall come upon us." 12 Therefore because of you Zion shall be plowed as a field; Jerusalem shall become a heap of ruins, and the mountain of the house a wooded height.

The problem with christian churches is that they exist in the first place.

I could give you a five page rant but I won't. Let me boil it down:

If people are going to 'spiritual', that's fine, ridiculous, bur fine. The question is, what do you need an institution for? Why can't you and your friends go out into the woods (or your backyard or your basement) on a Sunday and pray for world peace? Why does it have to be a political organization. (And yes, churches are, whether you want to see it or not.)

Not putting the bible into practice. If you follow the bible things work out. We will always be imperfect sinners, but when we mess up we deal with it.

However, many churches do not expect their members to follow the Word. Of course many people go to these churches because they really don't want to follow the word they just want to have their consciences soothed.

There are churches who follow the Word. That's the kind of church I will always try to be in.

Religions never seem to evolve much from the original teachings. The biggest downfall of the church is keeping people ignorant, thinking they
are protecting them. Then when people find out the truth in things, they
feel they have been lied to, and turn their backs on religious discretion,
and throw all caution to the wind.
Then when they get burned playing around with spiritual fire. They get
intolerant again.
The Word says, "And to knowledge, temperance."
We need to experience our spirituality first hand. But it is far from being Play!

Well, I'm a Catholic Christian, so I'm not condemning Christianity. Protestantism, though, a main branch of Christianity, seems so illogical to me.

They say, "it's just me, Jesus, and my Bible." How can you trust the Bible alone? How do you know it's really inspired? Because it says so? I believe it is inspired because the infallible Church founded by Jesus Christ tells me it is.

They say salvation by "Christ alone," by "grace alone," and by "faith alone." How can it by both faith and grace alone? I believe in salvation by God's grace alone.

They believe that our sins don't matter and that God has covered our sins. That is totally not true. God takes away our sins, he does not cover them. The Bible warns us not to sin, for if we sin, satan is our master, unless we continually pull ourselves back and follow Christ.

They believe "once saved, always saved." Jesus says to take up his cross DAILY (not once) and follow him. St. Paul also warns Christians who are "saved" to be careful NOT to loose their salvation! Doesn't sound like once saved, always saved to me...

They blame the Catholic Church for having a pope infallible in matters of faith and morals, but they themselves believe they are popes, in a way. When they read the scriptures on their own after "praying to the Holy Spirit", whatever conclusion they come to must be right, because they have a "good feeling inside." Don't get me wrong, it is very important to read the Bible on a daily basis, but I interpret the Bible within the parameters laid down by the Church.

Also, they do not take the time to see what Catholics really believe and make up all these horrible and unbiblical things that Catholics do, such as worshiping Mary and statues and believing that the Pope can't sin.

These are just a few things that I don't understand about Protestantism. I am making generalizations; I know not all protestants believe these things. I don't mean to offend any Protestants, but this is what I, and many other Catholics see Protestantism as.

True money is a major problem....
But because we dont want to give up our sin.
Think about it all the problems are rooted in sin.

Unfortunatly..it's more about MONEY than God's word.

When I finished Seminary training (many years ago), we were all told not to make waves and just teach that Jesus loves you, and you will make alot of money.

I didn't take that advice.
