i love you is so easy to say nowadays people use it to get things..and its wrong
look him in the eyes, did he kiss you with passion?
dont be too hasty but dont dismiss it either, you will be ok.

Depends on his attitude when he did it, did he look sincere or did he just throw you a kiss like it was nothing?

Well love means something when you say it, but means everything when you show it. No one knows what he is thinking inside of his head, but he should just give you this feeling to where you just KN0W its real.
