ISO is an image file format. You need an application to read ISO files. ISO buster is a good free utility, download it and double click the ISO file it should open in ISO buster. Click on the red icon in the left hand pane and choose extract raw data - to somewhere you want to save it. It will extract the data and set up files.
or...
You could download Alcohol 120% and create a virtual drive. After restarting right click the virtual drive and select mount image, navigate to your ISO file and setup should automatically begin.
If there are any cracks included with the ISO, ISObuster is the best one to get because it will enable a file view of all files in the ISO image.
Hope this helps

Here's what you do.

1) Google MagicDisc (Yes, I know "disc" really has a k, but that's what it's called)

2) Download and install it.

3) Right click on the icon of the hand holding a disc in the bottom right corner of the screen

4) Click the no media menu and select mount. Find the iso file, and the computer thinks it's a regular disk and will play it happily.

5) Enjoy your (probably pirated) game!

An .iso file is an "image." Basically it's like the contents of a CD-Rom turned into a computer file.

To run an .iso you need a virtual drive program. This makes the computer think the .iso is an actual CD-Rom.

*OR*

You can 'burn' the .iso file to a CD with your CD burner. You might need to select an option in the burner to make a playable disc.

burn them on a CD, or burn an image on hard disk(don't need writer, just the software, like nero) and open them in image drive(available in nero 7 and many other softwares),else
download an iso opener

You will need a program like ISObuster or Winrar to unzip the files to your hard drive. You can burn them to cd or install the program from the hard drive.
