Join. You'll be serving your country and getting a first-hand look at how valuable our freedoms are. You'll be learning job and life skills that will take you a very long way in the civilian world. You will learn how authority and the chain of command works. You will experience challenges that you will get through.
Do NOT join if you cannot follow orders. Or if you plan on doing anything illegal. If you don't care about going anywhere with your career and just want to party, party somewhere else. Be prepared to take on responsibility and accountability. Be prepared to study very, very hard for your job and your promotion, and the rewards will follow. You must understand the big picture, you will be doing your individual part in serving the national interests of the American people. This involves a careful decision, but I would encourage anyone that's mature enough, to sign up and serve.

I was in the AF 14 years an the Air Guard 9 yrs. Ask yourself why you want to go in the Military? The AF is more like a civilian job then the other branches. There mission is to support the other branches with air support as well as transportation. God Bless all our Military personnel

My husband replaced into quite over-weight whilst he joined the Air stress. He replaced into DEP for basically approximately 3 months waiting for an placing out into BMT, so he had quite some time to get it off. He replaced into purely 15 kilos over the burden decrease, so he dropped 25 to get sturdy and under it. you moreover mght could bear in mind that in case you're muscular, then the burden decrease does not inevitably save on with. it quite is the place the physique fat share is accessible in. i'm useful you will do fantastic. basically artwork quite no longer ordinary and dedicate to it a hundred%.

If you are still looking for support of your thinking of joining the Air Force, you are not really serious about joining. You are the only person who can assure yourself of your decision. Anyone who joins the US military will benefit in more ways than anyone can imagine.

I have been is for 22 years. I would love to answer any questions that you have. Know what you want to do frist. If you are close to an Air Force base have them take you to the base to see the people in the jobs you want.

I can tell you this -- my son joined the Navy. Later he said that if he had to do it over again, he would have joined the Air Force. I can't remember why he said that, but I hope it helps.
