To be honest, there is nothing like a good Russian piece of music for Floor excercises, to get the blood pumping and the crowd going.

Well a real classic is Can-Can. It's actually from Orpheus and the Underworld by Orff. This is the song that was playing while Nadia performed in the movie "Nadia".

try a song that is ENERGETIC and that has A LOT of SPIRIT so it keeps you moving watch olympic videos of gymnastics maybe and see what type of songs they put and also try to get songs without words so you can get your self into the BEAT not the WORDS hope u get a song!:)

I dont do gymnastics, but I would use a song that would be on DDR.

I think "Smooth criminal" of Michael Jackson. This the best. Because you will dance fastly,and it is a good way to lose weight. ^_^
