I looked into going to New Zealand for studies. To be a legal guest in the country, you are required to prove that you are providing income and must prove that you have the ability to purchase a plane ticket back to your country. This is so you dont get stuck in a country that is not required to provide for you.

Im sorry that you had a financial problem but it seems like there is not a whole lot that can be done.

Try Canada?

If you can't pay the tuition how are you going to go to school? I was an international student and I only needed to show only what I needed to pay per semester.... anyhow there are loans you can apply for to give you the money, but they come at a high rate.
If you can only be able to pay for each semester at a time, but they only want to see everything at once, have all your family members and friends donate as much money as they could to my account for a few days just long enough to get a bank statement... then gave it back to them....this may not work for you.... another option could be to write a grant, or look for any source of grants or money anywhere that could help.... how this helps is that this could get you instate tuition if you don't have it or just have the money to show....
i dunno if anything i said helped....

The lions share of assistance goes to international students to try and help them to stay here. You just said you don't have the money. So, what is your complaint? You didn't go to school for two semesters and just like we American Students...you have to reapply. No prejudice, just fact.

Well, if you can't afford the tuition fees, you should go back home....period.
