You need to find out how she feels about you. If she has feelings for you too then that's great. If she is only comfortable with being friends, be a good friend to her and someday she will realize that she really cares about you too. Don't freak her out by telling her how much you love her, just keep acting normal. I she knows that you love her then the next move is up to her.

You tell her how you feel, maybe in a poem, and express your love your best way. I'm a girl and I'd personally like a poem. Lol. But that's just me..
You could also ask her out. Maybe take her to the movies or a not-so-expensive restarant, and make her feel special.

Well thats good? does she love you back? If not say it was a joke and you don't really love her. It was just a rumor. But that is only if u are afraid to tell teh you really love her. Otherwise don't do that.
