I have a beer belly (but I don't actually drink beer or alcohol) and only about 5' 7" in height. I'm in the latter stage of puberty and need to grow fast now or it's over. But in order to do so, I need to eat a lot and get nutrients, but I can't eat much like people my age who seem to get hungry every hour or so. Yet with such small apetite for food, I have a large stomach.
Btw, I exercise everyday or at least 3 times a week so not exercising is not the problem.
Please help me?

I had that problem too. I used to be sorta widish, then one day I just got slim(that helps make you look taller).
Don't eat a lot to grow taller; your skeletal frame is what needs to grow to make you taller, and no amount of nutrients will make your skeleton taller than genetics allows it. Nothing.
Don't worry, you might just be a late bloomer.

I was pudgy all the way til I got into 6th grade, and I didnt eat a ton of food or not exercise. I used to skateboard non-stop, so I know it wasn't not exercising. Some people's metabolism just doesn't stabilize until they are older. You'll be fine. Punch whoever makes fun of you in their jaw. That will shut them up. Did that a few times, too. And yes, it worked. :P Now, as far as the growing thing, if you smoke cigs OR pot OR anything, smoking will stun your growth. I also know that from personal experience. My father is 6'4'' and I am only 5'11'' cuz I started smoking at about 14. So, get off the pot til ur older, and DO NOT smoke cigarettes. They are horrible for you. I wish I never started. If you dont smoke, then chill out. You will grow up soon enough!!

You are not short, you are considered above average. 5'5" is considered average, anything below 5' is considered a little short. Eating loads is not going to let you grow fast, you can only grow as tall as your genes will let you, (so typically, no taller than your tallest parent). Your excuse for eating is poor, and people don't usually eat every hour or so. Every 3 to 4 hours with a snack in between. I think you are probably eating all the wrong food which is quickly changing into body fat. Keep up with the work out and perhaps eat more healthy snacks such as a fruit or veg, and eat less often.

You wont really get lean until the end of puberty...or at least you'll slim out depending on body type. Don't stress about it!! seriously...there's nothing you can do at this point in time except what your doing now. Eat good foods, work out and stay healthy and trust me...your body will do what its designed to do.

the beer is the cause of yr bloated big stomach. read tips on weight loss and exercise to help you on this site and stop the beer drinking

It seems as though you have a situation where only sugery will help you because you are a cautous person, who takes very good care of yourself. Good luck!
