SEE YOUR DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY!

It could be minor as a hemaroid or much more serious, or in between, but any kind of internal bleeding is serious.

Find out - don't wait. See your doctor!

If the blood in your stool is red it is more than likely caused by an anal fissure (a small tear in the tissues surrounding the anus) or a hemeroid. Hemeroids are very common during pregnancy and delivery. Drink lots of water and try the stool softeners they gave you in the hospital. Witch Hazel pads illiminate pain and swelling when anus not in use... Call your doctor if you remain concerned or if you develop abdominal pain.

I had a c-section, and I felt pressure for about 2 months afterwards everytime I had a bowel movement. Plus, you went through major surgery, which means there could be things in there that are still healing. I'd call the ob and tell them your issue, but I wouldn't worry too much -- it takes time to heal.

You really need to see your doctor about this, ASAP. The bleeding could be caused by a variety of things, and that might include something damaged internally during the surgery. It's unlikely, but it's still possible, and that would be an extremely bad thing! Do not mess around with this -- go get it checked out.

hameorroids? is quite a possibility, as it is blood on the paper, it is indicating that is is fresh blood (not higher up in the GIT) haemeroids can be both internal and external, and not all side effects include itching
