I would have to say emphatically, NO there is not. Not even in the beautiful dreams that one could dream to keep themselves warm in this cold world. I was once a dreamer. Something entered my mind through my dreams and shattered my heart.
If even your dreams cannot be a safe haven here, you know there is no safe place left here on earth.
I believe they are trying to build underwater civilazations. But because there is no need for me to trust a single organization or leader in this world, I would never agree to live there.

Be positive....In the past also the places were not so safe to survive...now days we are much safer as we know the meaning of life and opting best ways to live with..

Yes, ther is!!Go to KERALA (India).The most beautiful & safest place in the world.So people gave the name "The God's Own Country" to this state ie situated in the South India
