Direct TV bought all big ten sports how else can i watch the games besides getting satellite?

we live in East central Illinois and direct tv (satalite) has bought big ten sports rights. We are not allowed to have a dish because our lease prohibits one. can someone please tell me how to view it(basketball) via internet or cable tv without paying for it.

That sounds like a very illegal thing to me.
