I'm 5'4 and I used to weigh about 95 lbs. but after I gave birth to a big baby boy 1 1/2 yrs. ago..my weight went up to 100 lbs. so now I want my 95 lbs. weight back before x'mas bec. some of my relatives are coming over to visit & they're used of seeing me real skinny. I need to lose weight immediately!

um why would you want to lose weight? But i suppose if that is your natural body type to be really thin. It may be possible, according to a personal trainer i was talking to you shouldn't lose more than 2 - 3 lbs a week. so 25/7 = 3.57 round that to 4*2 = 8 so you can get back to the weight. You say your relatives are used to seeing you really skinny you already are. I'm your height and way 30 lbs more then you and people call me skinny (though i think they're insane i'm just normal sized) Anyway cut back on your flour and sugar and the weight should come off. ^_^ hope that helps

Oops wrong answer! erm, don't go doing any super mad crash dieting, stick to 3 meals a day! just half your servings! take a few more walks rather than use car! get off bus a stop early! take dog for a walk! you could also try missing visiting mcd's, stopping drinking coke, lager! Drink more water! But not too much! Use semi skimmed milk! No snacking! some say start smoking, but i don't recommend that! No coffee on mass!

The only smoke you should be seeing in 21 days, is from the clothes that you are burning coz you are a 10 instead of 12! or 8 instead of 10! You get the picture!

Well my opinion is you don't need to lose weight but put on weight. But that is none of my business. I have lost weight doing the low carb thing. I lost 9 pounds the first week, but I had weight to get off. I am not sure if you will lose that quick because it doesn't sound like you have weight to get off. Good luck and take care of yourself.

the average is 2-3 pounds per week so u should lose maybe 7 if u have a good diet

i think you are at a good weight with your height. dont worry about the pounds!!!!
