You need to let the hydrogen peroxide bubble for a few minutes before you try the warm water. You may have to repeat the whole process a few times before it works, but when it does, you'll get a big ugly gob of ear wax out.

Pour a very small amount of hydrogen peroxide in your ear and tip your ear and let it bubble for a little. Totally harmless and a good cleaner!!!

I have two suggestions.

If you hold your nose tight and try to exhale, your ear will usually pop. It's like the altitude thing on the airplane.

My husband was a scuba diver and would get ear problems. The Dr. had us use one third each white vinegar, warm water and alcohol.
If there is fluid in the ear the alcohol will dry it up.

this always happens to me...just put cotton balls in your ears and keep them in there for a while. if you can, try to sleep with them in your ears that way noisy irrations won't bother your ears. try to change to cotton balls like every 1 or so. hope this helps!
