How do you say "The Darkness of the World" in Latin?

Latin did not use "the", and the "of" part is shown by the ending of the noun.

It depends on which sense you want to convey in the translation.

OBSCURITAS is the darkness of concealment and indistinctiveness.
OPACITAS is the darkness of shadowy places.
TENEBRAE (plural) means the darkness of evening, night, gloomy places, and unconsciousness or death.
CALIGO is the darkness of thick cloud, of failure to understand, and of tragic events - I think this may be the closest for your phrase.
FUSCUS is darkness of colour, for instance to describe navy blue or bottle green.
